Nose: Good hit of sherry, with dark cherry jam, dark berries and treacle, with a hefty sprinkling of baking spices.
Palate: Sweet and rich, more rich treacle, sweet, almost honeyed vanilla cream, barley sugar and toasted oak among lots of jammy blackberries.
Finish: Fruity, sweet palate continues onto the finish, with even more spicy notes building, lots of cinnamon and all spice remaining.
